Main Service for steel structure plant
After years of exploration, practice and improvement, we have built an standard process for steel structure plant as follows:
1. Tell us your request in details. It is quite important to prepare for engineer’s work. But if you have your own blueprint on the cost effective plant building, it will save much time to give price.
2. Next work is belonging to the engineer. Once the request is confirmed, the engineer will start to make design drawings. The common software are “3D3S” and “PKPM”. The engineer analysis all details and make the structure drawings and calculate the whole material list one item by items. Then, the complete material list for this building will be put forward. We will fill in the price according the specification and quantity. The quotation sheet has finished.
3. After negotiation and signing a contract, we will work out the shop drawing to keep each component efficiently and accurately. This work is not only benefit for future precise production but also avoiding component collision during assembles work at site. Then it goes into the purchasing and production prepares process.
4. We will produce all components according to the shop drawings and client request to ensure delivery based on contract item.
5. The engineer will make a set of installation drawings after the goods shipped. If the customer has additional request, says engineer’s monitor work, we will also send one or two engineers to help train workers and monitor the whole pre-engineered steel structure installation process for client.
